Riverspace has received a great deal of support for its plans to “bring Main Street back” to Nyack’s downtown. For example, when canvassing homes
in Nyack, over 80% of residents have signed our
Statement of Support.

"We rented Riverspace in December 2008 for a school fundraiser (an evening of performances by current Broadway stars), after asking many
parents in our school where the event should be held and hearing “Riverspace” as the unanimous answer.
"This event was a great success, drawing a crowd that brought nearly 600 people from our school community and beyond to Nyack for the evening.
Many ate in downtown restaurants and shopped in local stores before attending the event. We are looking forward to this being an annual
gathering, and see Riverspace as a key element of the night’s success. In fact, we have already booked Riverspace for December 2009.
