Volunteer

We urge every resident of our community to join the many volunteers who have stepped forward to energize this new dynamic arts center. Dozens of professionals volunteer in programming, production, marketing, public relations, fundraising, management, box office, concession and ushers.

We continue to offer many opportunities for more volunteers to get involved in a variety of ways. If you have an hour a month, or ten hours a week, there is a job for you.  Join us!

Internships – Available for College Students

Community Service– Available for high school students with community service requirements

Professional Development – Available for adults seeking new career experience and personal growth

We need:

Professional Writers:  Grants, copy writing, public relations, advertising, proof reading

Graphic Designers:  Flyers, programs, newsletters, email marketing, Ads, and other print materials (Illustrator software required) 

Community Service Coordinators: for each of the area high schools

Internship Coordinators: for each of the local colleges

Professional Development Coordinators: to work with local organizations as liaison to Riverspace

Box Office:  administrative and marketing support

House Management:  Manage the front of house needs during performances

Concession Coordinator:  organize local caterers and restaurants for special events

Sales:   Solicit Business Sponsorships, corporate sponsors, program advertising

Marketing:  Outreach, Audience Development, target marketing, email marketing, telemarketing

Visual Arts Curators:  Coordinate local visual artists, help create on-line auction and annual DVD.
